The Department of Health and Social Care released an update this week estimating the stock-out dates by PPE category (when they expect to run out of specific types of PPE), and which categories are already out of stock.
Many essential items have already run out via the free PPE supply portal; products such as disposable aprons, nitrile and vinyl disposable gloves, eye protection, and hand gel/rub, with others such as Type IIR face masks, FFP2, FFP3’s and gowns being forecast to go out of stock between now and March 2024.

Unlike the free supply portal, Hygiene UK has healthy stock of all PPE categories for call off as and when needed.
